What we keep, and why.

Amped Photos uses your email to send account links, to remember photos you saved or downloaded, and to attach orders to Your photos. Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not sell your email.

Photos from a published event are visible to anyone with the event page. A saved, downloaded, or purchased photo stays available in the account for that email even if the event is later removed from the public gallery.
